Upon arrival, Take the elevator to the 2nd floor and walk straight Suite 202 will be on your left.
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. New clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service. This is factored into your appointment time so that you do not have to arrive earlier.
Consider leaving cell phones on silent or vibrate as to not disturb your service or others.GUEST POLICY
We want you to relax and enjoy your service. It is important that your massage therapist provider is able to focus on your service and specific needs. It is preferred for you to leave your child/friends at home to maintain our tranquil environment
LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee your full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.
Our services, including Covid Protocols, require sufficient time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a treatment.
- Late cancellation, same day cancellations or No-Shows will be charged for $75
- As a courtesy, we will call, text or email to confirm your service appointments one to two hours prior to your appointment date. Please confirm or change your appointment as soon as possible. Missed appointments and late notifications of cancellations will be charged the cancellation fee.
- When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
PACKAGES
All Packages purchased are not redeemable for cash, are nonrefundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used by the expiration.
PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle, CashApp and Cash is accepted and greatly appreciated. However you must have exact change. The Spa does not have a cash drawer and may not be able to provide change.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
We are being cautious due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Masks are to be worn at all times. If you are not feeling well or have been around someone showing symptoms such as a cough or fever within the past 4 days, we ask that you please consider scheduling your appointment for a later date.
